1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products, once an examination has been accessed and answers have been submitted, refunds are generally not available. All examination content, including correct answers and explanations, is accessible after submission, which constitutes delivery of the product.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A full refund may be requested provided that the examination has not been started or that no answers have been submitted. Requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase. Refunds requested after an examination has been submitted will not be granted.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from completing your examination, please contact us immediately at info@ayubarprep.com. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide an extension of access or a refund at our discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@ayubarprep.com with your name, the email address associated with your account, and the name of the examination purchased. We will respond within two business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within five to seven business days.
