1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AYU Bar Prep website and purchasing any of our practice examinations, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Services

AYU Bar Prep provides online multiple-choice practice examinations designed to assist candidates in preparing for the Ontario barrister licensing examination. Our services include individual subject practice examinations and the Barrister Practice Examination, a combined four-hour timed examination.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Intellectual Property

All examination questions, answers, explanations, and content provided by AYU Bar Prep are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of AYU Bar Prep. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, sharing, recording, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Payment and Access

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. Access to purchased examinations is provided automatically upon successful payment. Access is valid for 48 hours from the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

6. Examination Attempts and Results

Each purchase entitles you to one attempt at the selected examination. After you submit your answers, results and answer review become available. Once results are reviewed, the examination is considered complete and cannot be retaken as part of that purchase.

7. Disclaimer

AYU Bar Prep is an independent examination-preparation provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Law Society of Ontario. Our practice examinations are designed as study aids. Completion of any AYU Bar Prep examination does not guarantee success on a licensing examination. Candidates are encouraged to use our materials alongside a thorough review of the official licensing examination materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AYU Bar Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
